Commercial Administrative support
The function
The commercial administrative support reports directly to the management team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- processing, printing and distributing all incoming orders
- printing and sending sales invoices
- printing and issuing delivery notes and corresponding shipping advice
- archiving all forms and documents resulting from the above tasks
- handling phone contact with customers/suppliers
- entering new customers/suppliers into the ERP system
- updating master data (debtors, creditors, articles, prices) in the ERP system
- responsible for the correct and productive use of the ERP system
- following up on payments of sales invoices/issuing reminders
- verifying the financial health of new customers/suppliers
- keeping financial information up to date in the ERP system (e.g. maximum credit limit)

What are we looking for?
- An administrative/language education
- Bachelor level and/or 2 years of experience
- Understanding of the company's adminsitrative processes
- Knowledge of the use of IT systems (including ERSP- - knowlegde of AFAS is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to report transparently
- Clear and fluent communication
- Highly efficient in planning
- Initiative taker

- Able to handle confidential information
Language skills:
- Dutch: fluent
- English: fluent
- French: good
- German: sufficient
