  •  Application : Installation of high temperature screens to improve energy efficiency by diverting hot fumes towards the products entering the furnace. The pressure drop created by the wall will help to improve the head-to-tail (longitudinal) homogeneity of the products (called blooms)
  • CFD to define exact length & hight of the screen, FEA for strength calculation
  • Construction of 2 pieces 9,00 x 0,6 m, material : stainless steel 310S
  • Installation on site during production stop (max. 2 weeks)
  • Covered with high temp insulation +1050°C
